Fun Unlimited is now under new ownership!  As of February 2018 Ryan Powers is the owner.... he has been assisting with orders, sales and repairs for many years, so the transition has been very smooth.

Fun Unlimited started in 1985 in a small 30x40 one-stall building with owner Bill Lutz as the only employee. Today we have two 40x60 buildings; one is the showroom and the shop area, the second is a storage building for all the whole goods and parts, complete with a heavy duty rack system for storing units three high. In 2006 Fun Unlimited added an additional 1,200 square foot heated showroom.

Fun Unlimited now has four full-time employees, three of which are certified master service technicians:  Ryan Powers, Cory Daniels, James Levy and Janice Lutz. Bill still comes to work as needed, traveling to pick up units needing repairs or pick up new units we may not have in stock that a customer would like. Ryan, Cory and James are a great team - they work together to facilitate the efficiency in the shop, getting repairs completed in a timely manner, while also putting units together for display, and installing accessories for delivery of units to customers. Janice takes care of registrations, bookwork, ordering, and receiving. The four of us all enjoy riding our sleds and ATVs during our spare time.

Customer service is our number one priority, and one of our main selling points! Our customer service rating from Polaris has been at 90-97% since 2004. If you go to and search some of the other local dealers, you will find that we have a Gold MSD Shield and are VIP certified, where they might only be Bronze/Silver certified or have no MSD certification. We like to keep up with the training and keep current on the new models.

We support the local ATV and snowmobile clubs, not only by being members, but by donating to their raffles and auctions or by participating in the shows they organize when possible. Bill and Janice have both been on the St. Lawrence County Trails Board since it was organized and work closely trying to get trails opened or remain open. We were honored in 2013 to be selected as the New York State Snowmobile Association Dealer of the Year and in 2016 we were selected the Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.

Polaris is our only business and we enjoy what we do, and that is passed on to our customers. Stop by to price an ATV, Ranger, RZR or sled, or just to visit and share your trail riding stories!

Keep in mind also that we can offer financing through Sheffield BB&T. Qualified buyers can get financing through Sheffield for as low as 2.99% for 36 months or 5.99% for 60 months, and they are easy to work with, we can have an answer in less than 15 minutes.

Bill and Janice have owned and operated Fun Unlimited since 1985. Ryan is a graduate of the Canton College Polaris MSD training. Bill and Ryan have attended the Master Service Dealer schools and many update classes through out the years. Ryan attended a weeklong Gold MSD Certification class May 2014. They felt it was very informative and worth the time. Janice handles warranty paperwork, invoicing, parts ordering and receiving and DMV registrations.

Bill and his Team have participated at the American Snowmobiler-Old Forge Shootout for several years, always coming home with a stack of plaques in the 600 and 800 classes, both stock and dealer prep. If you want your sled to run like a winner, talk to the dealer that preps for the Am-Snow Shootout!

Fun Unlimited was chosen by the New York State Snowmobile Association as the Dealer of The Year for 2013! We were very humbled and thankful to the Cranberry Lake Snowmobile Association for the nomination.

Our customer service rating averages 95-99%, making Fun Unlimited near the top in the entire region. We care about our customers and their enjoyment of the sport. We also ride the products we sell and service, so we experience "Terrain Domination" with our customers.

Fun Unlimited, LLC supports the many snowmobile and ATV clubs in our area by donating products to raffles, attending work days, and setting up displays at local functions.
